1. Digital Content and No Right to Cancel

In accordance with UK consumer law, specifically the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, by purchasing our online courses, which include downloadable materials or digital content not provided on a tangible medium, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Right to Cancel Once Download Begins: As our courses include digital content, you will lose your right to cancel once the digital materials have been downloaded or accessed. This is in compliance with Regulation 37.

• Express Consent: Before purchasing, you will be asked to provide your express consent for immediate access to the digital content. By providing consent, you confirm that you understand and accept that your statutory 14-day right to cancel the contract will be waived once the download starts.

• Acknowledgement: By providing consent, you also acknowledge that once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, you will not be entitled to a refund, and the right to cancel under Regulation 29 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations no longer applies.

 

2. Refunds and Cancellations

• No Refunds Once Downloaded or Accessed: Once the digital course materials have been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be issued. This includes partial use of the course content or incomplete course completion.

• Right to Cancel Before Access: If you have not accessed or downloaded any digital content, you retain the right to cancel your purchase within the 14-day period, and you may request a refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

 

3. How to Cancel Before Access

 

If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital content and wish to exercise your right to cancel within the 14-day statutory period, please contact us at FutureMoneyGuide@gmail.com with your order details, and we will process your cancellation and refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
